How To Make Calling Cards
Calling cards can be used for many things.
Sometimes you visit a site and want them to know
how much you enjoyed it with a little graphic gift
in the guestbook, or to leave a virtual gift for an
Anniversay or Birthday. The best thing about a
calling card is that you already HAVE what you
want to say on the card, so all you have to do
is type in the html in the book.
Open your graphics program and make a new
window about 400W x 200H, fill in your
background with your choice of color.
Texturize your background of you choice.
Place a graphic of your choice (to fit the occasion),
drop shadow it for the 3 dimentional look, making
sure you leave enough room for personalization.
Add some sparkles, or some other animation. Use
Your imagination. You can do it!
Personalize your card with text:
(Happy Birthday to you Patty,
Happy Anniversary to Toni and Gerry,
Get Well Quick Barbara,
Great Site Beverly, etc.)
Place a nice border or frame around it..
Now resize it to 300, a perfect size to use.
WALLAH..so easy!!
