MY PAGE FOR SHARI

Meet my daughter Shari. She's going to hit the big 35 this summer. Shari is a very talented young lady. She lives in Massachusetts, has 4 children, Shaun, Brennan, Cailon and Micheyla. She is very busy lady. I know, being a mother of 4 myself but they are all grown up now, and I'm glad it's her turn now...giggles. Shari is the family writer, and poet. She's done several poems and won recognition for a few. My favorite short story that she wrote, was about a pocket comb. If I can ever come across it, I'll put in in this page for all the world to see. She wrote it at a very young age. I found it by accident when doing the laundry. She'd left it in her pocket...I realized then how talented she was. She also learned how to make a home page on her own, and originally helped set my first site up with KittKatt doing the html work. Shari has a great imagination and did a great job with the background and graphics. Now that her mom has learned how to make her own pages and remodeled the pages *GRIN*......she has more time to work on her own. She is also a great artist. Her scrapbook is full of pictures that she's sketched. I'm very proud of all that she's achieved. I hope she keeps on writing and drawing when the little ones grow up. I hate to see her talent wasted. She also loves to do crafts of all kinds. Sewing, crocheting, knitting and all that good stuff. I guess I taught her well there. I think her biggest hobby right now is raising her children and camping. Next she'll have to learn how to do background sets, when she can find the time. Giggles!!
Below you'll find lots of photos of her growing up. Unfortunately I don't have her baby pictures here yet, for they are all in storage. She'll give me heck for my choice in photos here, but what they heck. They're my photos and I can put any one I want in here....giggles. Please take into consideration, the fact that most of these photos are almost as old as she is and some older. I had to do a lot of work on some of them for they were faded badly. Enjoy your visit. The first picture is of David, Shari and Rhonda all dressed for church. Shari and Rhonda on the slide, and both of them on the swing in our back yard.

This is Shari behind Rhonda, David and me in the morning the day after christmas...The house looks like a cyclone hit it...but they were happy. Here I am with my two big girls and loves of my life.
The two end pictures are of Shari in grade school. They always came out bad....Shari and Wayne in the middle showing off.

These are her aunts and uncles on her dads side. They are Missy, Debbie, Penny, Glen and Diane. There are 3 more uncles not pictured here. The next photo is at my mothers' house in New Hampshire in the pool with Grammy Millie and Aunt PeeWee, and her cousin Robin, and Uncle George and Aunty Lynne.

Here are the little indians playing out in the snow after a big snowstorm that dropped a large amount of snow on the ground...The kids loved playing in the snow...including me!! The next photo is of Shari and Rhonda talking civily together. They normally fought like cats and dogs. The next photo is of Shari and Rhonda taken in Salem. We loved going there and poking around, and going to the beaches there.

These 3 pictures are Shari, David, clowining around, and all 4 of them in the center. I wish they weren't so dark...But I tried lightening them...

This is Shari in a very happy mood, and again dressed as a witch on Halloween. She went out with Wayne out David to go trick or treating, so she got into the spirit of it also. A group picture taken at Olan Mills. They look so sweet and innocent. If you saw the proofs, you know differently.

Here she is holding my dip and drape witches that I made. The next photo is of her in the kitchen. The third one I caugh as she was wiping her butt...giggles...never know where mom will be when she has a camera in her hands.

Here she is filling her face and here she is again...giggles..I don't remember her age in any of these photos. In the last one she is sitting with relatives at a family get together. Doesn't she look happy?? Yeah Right!!

Shari looks like she's in dreamland here, and her and David clowning around as usual, and the 4 of us at Salem again. We went there quite a lot...I belong there...

Here she is at 13, all dressed up for her first prom with her date Mark...The only reason she was allowed to go was her date's dad knew her dad. Otherwise it would have been a NO WAY situation.

Here she is, finally sweet sixteen. There's 17 candles on that cake. One for me, cuz I'm going to need all the luck I can get. BACK OFF GUYS!!!!!

Here she is at 16 again, and later at 18. She had this taken the day I graduated from Wilfred Academy, School of Cosmetology. She takes after her Mom!!


Here she is graduating from Burncoat Jr. High School...Next step High School. She didn't finish High School, but did go back and get her GED. CONGRATULATIONS HON!!

This is an old school chum of her's, Chet. He spent a lot of time at my house. I used both him and shari as guineapigs while I was attending school...they would let me color, perm, cut and bleach their hair...give facials and manicures...giggles.. Wayne was used a time or two also... MOM'S CAN DO THAT!!!

These last five photos in this group were taken at Chets house at Christmas of 1979. The picture (above) beside Chet? I'm the one in the middle with the teeth and glasses...giggles... In that photo is Chets mom, me, Shari and my son Wayne and my foster son Wayne (Fred) and Chester himsself. I beleive my other foster son Buddy, was taking the photos. And then Shari and her boyfriend Dave at that time....By the way Shari made this "Elf" costume all by herself. She did a great job don't you think???

FRIENDS

This photo was taken while have aerobic lessons. I taught them in my home every other day. It was quite a work out for sure. There's Kristine, Sharon and Shari.

This is my friend Cathy's daughter and neighbor, Kennilyn ....She took the aerobics classes with us too, along with her sister Kristine and Katy. Next is Sharon. She and her kids lived with me. Her family was going thru a rough time, so I took her under my wing. Her ex was very abusive to her and the kids, so Shari and I came to her rescue... Shari and Sharon again...Shari babysat for Sharon a lot before they moved in with us.

Before you laugh, let me explain...I used to hold a lot of "Naughty Nighty" demos, called "Fresh Silks". I'd have a dem at my house and get the expensive items from the free percentage of the total sales, then I would order one or two cheaper items. Here we are modeling the outfits for the fun of it. We had a lot of laughs.

Heehehehee...Here we are again...Having a high old time...Don't knock it...they're fun. Got some nice sexy items from this company. Giggles.

Even David wondered why he couldn't join our little modeling session...I had bought him a G-String. He didn't think it was fair for Shari and I to get all these neat things and "why didn't they sell something for the males"? So I had to do it...giggles...He was a good sport about the whole thing....really got into it!! By the way!! The G-String says "Home of the Whopper" giggles.


Here she is again sitting on Santa's lap again...He came to visit us almost every year for a long time. Little Elf was his helper and often came with him. The black and white photo is one of her favorites, so I included it here again.
SOME OF KIDS SHE BABYSAT FOR

Here is the Imbody family that she use to babysit for. Their mom and dad gave us their tickets to see Roger Whittaker in concert in our area. It was the first time that we ever went to something like that. THANKS BETH! I brought her home his autograph as a thank your!!

Meet a few of Shari's kids. Here is Shaun, Brennan and Mommy. Shaun and baby brother, and Shaun and Brennan with Mommy and Daddy!!

This is Howie and Cailon, and he's been there for Shari when I couldn't be....and here is Cailon She is the fifth grandchild for me, and second grand-daughter.
